Family Activities

Our mission is to provide opportunities for Epworth families, including all generations, to gather for fun and fellowship.

Recent events included:“All Hallows Eve” chili dinner, November’s Hanging of the Greens children’s craft and tree decorating, followed by dinner and the first Advent service.  All are welcome.
We are enthused about the upcoming year and fun activities we are planning.  Anyone wanting to be a part of any event is encouraged to contact Gini Ogle, 755-1733.  Working together to unite our church family will be a huge blessing for Epworth and rewarding to serve God in this way.  For each event we will need workers for decorating, cooking, help with the children and clean up.

One hundred years from now, it will not matter what my bank account was, the sort of house I lived in, or the kind of car I drove, but the world may be different because I was important in the life of a child.

UMYF meets Wednesday nights for Faith living, Fun, Fellowship and Service. Pastor Steve has leads opening music time and some lessons with each group and the kids have spent time writing letters to Wendy, our passion child.  UMYF has been supporting Wendy for seven years.  She is a sophmore in High School in Honduras and we will continue supporting until she graduates.
